In 1981, Larry Vance and his wife, Rosemary, formed AdVANCEd Heat Pump Systems, Inc.  Starting with 6 Dedicated employees and a commitment to offer and install the highest quality heating and cooling systems available in Northeast Tennessee, the company has grown to over 30 employees.  In 1998 Michael Vance was named Executive Vice President.  Wanting to be more excessible to their customers in Southwest Virginia, Mr. & Mrs. Vance aquired an existing heating and air conditioning company in Abingdon, VA. in early 1999 and appropriately named it adVANCEd Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.  Danny Browning is the General Manager of the Abingdon Office.

Both companies enjoy a well known reputation for their ability to install quality and dependable home comfort systems in any size home.  Whether it is installing an air filter in your home or installing 20 roof-top package units on a large commercial job, adVANCEd has the experience and expertise to insure you, our customer, of a professionally installed job.  AdVANCEd has the technical background, training, and knowledge to engineer, design and install a heating and cooling system that will totally enhance your indoor comfort, indoor air quality, and humidity needs.  With one of the largest and best trained Service Departments in our area, adVANCEd is well equiped to service your heating and cooling system (even if it was installed by someone else).  Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
